Donor Terms & Conditions

As a user of Hexa Wallet website www.hexawallet.io you have agreed to the terms of service set under – https://hexawallet.io/terms-of-service/ and read the privacy policy https://hexawallet.io/privacy-policy/.

As a donor for a donation hosted via Hexa Wallet & website platform you agree to these additional terms of service:

 

  1. As Hexa Wallet is a non-custodial Bitcoin Wallet we do not have any information about the donee for whose donation account you are donating to. Nor do we solicit any personal information about the donation you will make.

 

  1. In the process of making the donation if you have entered any note(s) the same may be visible to all based upon the settings of the donation. The contents of the notes along with the content of the donations account will be monitored as part of internal policy of BitHyve and if you violate any portion of these Terms, your permission to access and use the Platform may be terminated pursuant to these Terms. In addition, we reserve the right to all remedies available at law and in equity for any such violation.

 

  1. As a donor it is your full responsibility to check the authenticity of the donee and the donation cause.

 

  1. You agree that donation to the cause, to which you are donating to, is legal within the jurisdiction from where you are donating.

 

  1. You agree that the sats or bitcoin(s) you are about to donate is being donated in compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the location the transaction is being conducted.

 

  1. You agree that the sats or bitcoin(s) you are about to donate would be used for ethical, moral and legal purposes to the best of your knowledge. In case this is not the case, you agree that BitHyve would not be liable for any penal actions and take complete responsibility of your actions and consequent outcomes.

 

  1. Making a financial donation you guarantee that you have the full ownership and control over the donation amount, it is free from all liens or encumbrances, and does not exist on the donation amount of any legal dispute.

 

  1. You represent and warrant that you will not be using this site for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

 

  1. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the text and any graphic material that you upload as part of the donation account.

 

  1. We do not take any responsibility if there are mistakes while entering or publishing any donation related information including but not limited to loss of funds.

 

  1. You represent and warrant that you will not use Hexa Wallet, a non-custodial, Bitcoin-only wallet, if the laws of your country prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms. It is your responsibility to follow those rules and laws in your country of residence and/or country from which you wish to access Hexa.

 

  1. You represent and warrant that you will not be using this site for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

 

  1. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether, and to what extent, any taxes apply to any transactions associated with your transfer or receipt of sats/bitcoins, and/or to the bitcoin transactions you conduct through Hexa, and to withhold, collect, report and remit the correct amounts of taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.
